Education and Programs with a Focus on Commercial Real Estate
CBA offers 8 hour CEU courses free to members. All courses follow curriculum approved by the Massachusetts Board of Registration and are tailored to the commercial, industrial and retail segments of our industry. CBA also offers programs and seminars of topical interest throughout the year. These programs feature industry professionals discussing current real estate issues. (link to education programs)

CBA Achievement Awards
CBA members receive peer recognition through our annual achievement awards. Your peers elect and vote for recipients of Broker of the Year, Landlord of the Year and Rookie of the Year. Deals of the Year, are nominated and judged by a panel of industry experts and include Office Deal of the Year (Downtown and Suburban), Industrial Deal of the Year, Investment Sale of the Year, Retail Deal of the Year (Sale and Lease) and Life Science Deal of the Year. CBA Charity Golf Outing
CBA members rally annually for this event! All proceeds are donated to charitable organizations in the Greater Boston Area. The most recent beneficiary has been Caritas Communities a non-sectarian, not for profit provider of housing for the working poor.

GBREB Government Affairs

Mediation and Arbitration
CBA provides a forum for resolving issues between member firms through our arbitration and mediation services.
