BOMA Boston is now offering Certificate Programs!

cert programs 2016

Looking to develop your property management skills or take your career to the next level? Whether you are new to the industry or a professional looking to enhance your skills or gain recognition, a BOMI International certificate program is right for you. All certificate programs provide the fundamental knowledge you need to better understand your job responsibilities and are a great way to begin your journey toward earning a BOMI International designation.

BOMA Boston is proud to provide the Property Administrator Certificate (PAC) program locally this year. The program is perfect for new and experienced professionals who are responsible for a single office building or a portfolio of real estate assets. The certificate concentrates on the design and operation of the office building, as well as best practices in the area of accounting and financial controls. From featured applications to real-time scenarios, this program will provide you with the knowledge and tools you  need to maximize the value, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of your portfolio.

BOMA Boston's program is designed so that students can earn their certificate in under a year! To earn a PAC Certificate, students must complete the three courses in the program and pass an exam at the end of each course to show their understanding of program content. Once completed, students will receive their certificate and be recognized in BOMA Boston marketing and news.
