Membership in the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS® (GBAR) comes with a complimentary subscription to e-FORMS by TrueForms™ - the Greater Boston Real Estate Board’s (GBREB) online real estate forms library. As of January 1, 2009, GBAR members will continue to receive this benefit for free but the service will be provided by TrueForms™ - Reveal Systems, Inc. The prior e-Forms provider, Instanet Solutions, will continue to offer GBREB's e-FORMS library in different versions, with the Internet version costing $59 per year, for members who desire to continue with the current vendor. Please note: the forms provided by both vendors are the same Massachusetts real estate forms created by the GBREB. What's changing is the service provider.
