*All REALTORS® must complete at least 2 hours of Fair Housing/Anti-Bias Training when they join and every 3 years thereafter, on the same schedule as Code of Ethics training. This requirement is separate from Code of Ethics. The current cycle runs January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2027.
