How to Obtain and Maintain the NAAEI Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) Designation

To obtain a CAM designation you must:
have worked in the apartment industry for at least 12 months, successfully completed the nine courses listed to the left (a total of 56 hours) and meet all examination requirements within 24 months of declaring your candidacy for CAM.
To maintain a CAM designation you must: pay annual renewal dues of $100 and, beginning your second renewal, report six Continuing Education Credits (CECs) earned during the preceding year.

Note the NEW FORMAT this year. The course will be one full week (Monday-Friday).

Course Price: 
$885. Register before 3/1/17 and receive a discounted rate of $865. Nonmembers $885 

Courses will be held from 9:00am to 5:00 pm at Water View Village, 1296 Worcester Road, Framingham, MA 01702. Meeting space donated by Chestnut Hill Realty. Course fee includes testing at a Castle Worldwide location.
