Hosted by BOMA's Emerging Professionals Committee, BOMA members are invited for a special tour of Cambridge Crossing followed by a networking reception. Attendees will receive an overview of the fully reimagined and redeveloped 43-acre neighborhood in East Cambridge, featuring 4.5 million square feet of mixed-use space. 

CX was purpose-built to support the lifestyle and pursuits of thinkers, makers, doers, and builders working the #1 life sciences cluster of the U.S. - a dynamic community of visionaries and pioneers destined to become tomorrow's luminaries and leaders.

From centralizing retail, to adding and diversifying open space, to collaborating with city officials to locate the new Green Line stop at the CX site, we closely worked with all stakeholders to manifest a vision for a uniquely vibrant neighborhood engrained within the fabric of the existing community.
