Keynote Speaker: Rob Mariano "Boston Rob"

 Rob is a proud family man, adventure seeker, entrepreneur, and Survivor. He is the first and only six-time participant on the popular CBS show, Survivor, and emerged as the 'Sole Survivor' winner on the show's 22nd season, Survivor: Redemption Island. Additionally, he has appeared twice on The Amazing Race, alongside his wife Amber, who was the winner of the 2004 season of Survivor: All-Stars. 

In addition to his success on these reality shows, Rob has also made appearances on other shows and has been involved in developing and producing various projects over the years. He is also well-known for his skills as a renowned poker player. Rob has shared his wisdom and experiences in his book, The Boston Rob Rulebook. Known for his no-nonsense approach to life, he has lived by a set of rules that have propelled him to the heights of his career. Whether you find yourself on an island or in any challenging situation, Rob is the ultimate Survivor who can teach you how to take the initiative, conquer your fears, and fuel your motivation.

Katie is the Founder and CEO of Katie Lance Consulting, the #GetSocialSmart Academy and author of the best-selling book, #GetSocialSmart. 

Katie is a nationally known keynote speaker at conferences and events. For the past 10 years, Katie has been working with real estate agents and brokers to help them get smarter about how to use social media to grow their business. Her specialty is in helping real estate agents and brokers achieve big results using social media without spending a ton of time!

Michael Walker

As the former CEO and National Director of the Real Estate Negotiation Institute with 21+ years of real estate experience, Mike has been a consultant for some of the largest real estate groups in the US. Since 2009, he has been a key advisor to multiple national brands and worked with 10,000+ agents, across 31 states. He recently served as a negotiation consultant for the City of Philadelphia, and he regularly contributes to the curriculum of several universities and educational institutes.
