The Sustainability Committee invites you to this no-waste event where you will hear from our keynote speaker Esme Caramello, Director of New Housing Affordability Unit in the Office of the Attorney General. Following will be a panel that includes our keynote speaker, a Realtor member with experience in commercial and residential real estate, along with a city planner.
Together, they will:
- Explore the MBTA Communities Act
- Discuss Smart Growth
- Advocate for the conversion of unused commercial space to residential to address both the housing crisis and underutilization of existing structures.
