The Marketing Summit is for those in marketing and leasing roles at their multifamily management companies. Join fellow peers at this half-day conference, with two education sessions, networking breaks, and interactive roundtable activities.

Our featured speakers are talking all things branding and leasing - taking you from the marketing team's strategy all the way to an elevated leasing experience!
In our first session, you'll learn how a brand is developed and how to put your brand into action. We'll explore how to develop the right communication style, social media strategy, events plan, and more. Learn the "why" of your community and unlock the power of a living brand.
In our closing session, you'll learn the role the leasing team plays in delivering the brand message. We'll discuss the importance of training to ensure the brand and core values are established, and how to communicate the brand to your prospects throughout the leasing process. Learn how to highlight your community and company's 1%.

Lauren Dewey is a commercial real estate consultant specializing in multifamily and PropTech. Lauren works with owners, operators, and suppliers to define and meet their high-level marketing goals. Prior to starting her consultancy, Lauren worked at National Development as their Director of Marketing. Lauren is also an accomplished speaker and is highly involved in industry groups, including the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.
